Who is the contact for license management and software installation?

MicroStation v8

Looks like we have MicroStation v8 loaded, licensed and ready (for Transportation, at least).  Yes?

Given a few changes to the configuration (MS_WORKMODE=v7; MS_OPENV7=3) everybody could continue their work with no impacts to dgn files (although customizations will lag). 

It would be useful to have a Level Manager Tutorial.

InRoads v8.5 Licensing

MicroStation v8 will require InRoads v8.5

Is it loaded everywhere?

Is it licensed adequately?

MicroStation XM Licensing

XM Licensing is different and requires setup and coordination.    Are we ready?  If not, when?  Will we have a transition grace period license-wise (e.g., a month where users can use either, or is it a hard transition date?).

InRoads XM will require XM licensing.  What is the status for that?
