Support/Training Publication

My goal is to anticipate the changes the user will see in software and workflow and have focused topical training material available for their use.

I am currently managing this outside of KHA control, which will surely bother someone somewhere.  I am happy to move this within the KHA firewall for use throughout the region or company. 

My needs for internal use:

• HTML Software on desktop/laptop?  I'll need to be able to publish from work and from home.
• Full publication rights (file and folder permissions) (give me a folder somewhere where I can't interfere with anything else within the KHA intranet). 
• A streamlining of IS conformance issues (look and feel, etc.) or some resources from IS to conform (the purpose is to provide a fast and nimble interface for the users; if we get bogged down in format issues, it slows it down and costs it up).
