Feature Styles: the best way to see the current InRoads Feature Styles is to select InRoads>Tools>Style Manager.

Named Symbology: the best way to see the current InRoads Named Symbologies is to select InRoads>Tools>Symbology Manager (here's an out-of-date list as of 12/17/07)

List of Levels that InRoads outputs to (.xls) (I'd like to make an .xsl stylesheet for this so that you can check live (let me know if this is something you'd use.  Current workflow is to export to a spread sheet and filter the level names...).
