We're building a 3D model for visualization of the proposed interchange.  InRoads files are at K:/095300008/Design/InRoadsFiles/2e/2E Model.  Chris Calatrello is currently managing surfaces.

10/9/7: I copied the two templates in Overcrossing.tml (which seem to be the same as Overhead.tml) into 215-VB.tml and moved the old .tml's into the "old..." folder and renamed them as "xOBS*".

I combined the 2e alg's into a single alg.  Everything should be up to date.  I also changed the styles to the InRoads v8.9 standards (which ports to Caltrans v7+ symbology). 

Note: if you are working in a v7 format file, I suspect that everything will go to one level (which is what you currently have in the old alg's).
