CalTrans v7+ Settings
(I'm using v7+ to describe the CalTrans standards which are v7 standards
"tweaked" to run in v8. v8 will be a major reorganization which will not
be available for some time)

Under the hood: ustn Configuration File
The primary file for setting up Caltrans v7+ standards for KHA-SD
Transportation group is:
M:\CADD\CA\SD\Road\ustn\config\client\v7+_CalTrans_D11\v7+_CalTrans_D11.cfg
This file should contain all the variables defining which files Caltrans D11
uses. If a variable is universal across Caltrans D11 projects, it should
not be in the Project Configuration Files, but in this file.
DGNLIB
What's a dgnlib? It's a dgn.
What it used for? A standards library.
I've set one up for levels and Text Styles: KHA_CT7+_textstyles is the CT_v7+
2deseedp01.dgn with text styles set up for scale 1"=50'. It is also being used
as the level dgnlib.
Currently MicroStation is set up to read the above dgnlib and reset the
ByLevel symbology (not the Level Symbology/Override symbology) to the standards
defined there (thanks, David Hicks).
