Xin Hygiene

Like fish and houseguests .xin files start to stink after a few days.  It's important to keep them fresh.

To work most efficiently, you want to be taking advantage of the continually updated master xin file in  M:/CADD/CA/SD/Road/InRoads/Settings Files.  Rather than have series of increment update files, it makes more sense to go the other way: you keep track of your beneficial mutations and keep them in a stash using Xini Manager and then merge your stash with the latest master .xin into your working .xin file (also using Xini Manager).
